Forum Design and Execution: Conceptualize, convene, and moderate expert panels, workshops, side-events, and other technical symposia on adaptation and resilience science, policy, and action.
Internal Strategy Facilitation: Facilitate strategic planning sessions, board retreats, leadership meetings, and other internal convenings to help organizations identify and clarify priorities and shape future direction.
About Adrienne Antoine
Adrienne is the Founder and Principal Advisor of A² Resilience Advisors. She has over 15 years of experience turning climate and environmental science into action. As a former U.S. Government senior leader, she has built and led high-impact programs across domestic and international contexts. Adrienne brings technical depth through her work on climate services, strategic insights from working across the public, private, and NGO sectors, and an extensive network of scientists, managers, advocates, and policymakers working across sectors.
Her work has produced real, measurable impacts: advancing cutting-edge adaptation practices in coastal communities across the U.S.; bridging scientific disciplines with local and industry knowledge to promote sustainable fisheries; building capacity among natural resource managers to connect marine ecosystem health with long-term resilience; and helping international development teams develop concrete portfolio strategies. A culturally agile collaborator, Adrienne excels at navigating diverse cultural contexts and facilitating strong and effective collaboration across stakeholders of different backgrounds.
